We aim to offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your relationship and can help you and your partner improve your communication. If you are having relationship difficulties, couples therapy can help rebuild your relationship. It can address a wide range of relationship issues, including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair, issues related to sex, or difficulties due to external stressors It can be helpful at any stage of your relationship, and at any age.

I will offer you a warm, safe and non- judgmental space to bring your client work or any professional aspects of practice that you wish to explore, my aim is that we will work collaboratively and in a supportive environment. This relational connection helps and encourages us to identify areas that may need to be explored. .
